Important New Ruling in Employment Law


The Conseil de prud'hommes de Paris has handed down a crucial decision dated August 1, 2024 ️. Unauthorized teleworking abroad now justifies dismissal for gross misconduct .

The decision notes that: "the concealment of her teleworking constitutes a breach of obligations resulting from the employment contract of such importance that it makes it impossible for the employee to remain with the company, including during the notice period" ⚖️.
