Another important decision in labor law


The Paris industrial tribunal (Conseil de prud'hommes) issued a crucial decision on August 1, 2024 ️. Unauthorized teleworking abroad now justifies dismissal for gross misconduct .

La décision relève que : « la dissimulation de son télétravail constitue une violation des obligations résultant du contrat de travail d’une importance telle qu’elle rend impossible le maintien de la salariée dans l’entreprise y compris pendant la période du préavis » ⚖️.
