Lexelians Avocats has two Private Equity teams. One is made up of Laurent Beauvoit and Jonathan Santoro. The other is made up of Irina Serban and Maud Sorel. The Lexelians Avocats teams have developed particular expertise in private equity transactions such as :
- Fund-raising with business angels, financial and industrial investors, build-ups and investor exits. Setting up profit-sharing schemes for employees and managers (management packages).
- Corporate documentation relating to the issue of composed securities and debt securities.
