Laurent Beauvoit
FOUNDING PARTNER
Laurent Beauvoit advises clients on capital markets, stock market and listed company law. He has been involved in over two hundred financial transactions, including initial public offerings (EDF, Eurobio, Horizontal Software, etc.), capital increases (Société Générale, France Telecom, Veolia Environnement, Rhodia, Eurobio, etc.), complex securities issues (convertible bonds, ORNANE, OCEANE, OCASA, etc.), and corporate restructurings.), complex securities issues (convertibles, ORNANE, OCEANE, OCABSA by Business Objects, Altran, Publicis, etc.), takeover bids (Grand Marnier, Business Objects, Infogrames, etc.) and bond issues (Aurea, Infogrames, Rhodia, CMA-CGM, etc.).
Prior to founding Lexelians Avocats in 2012, Laurent was a senior associate in the Corporate - Capital Market team at Shearman & Sterling LLP (2001-2009), and an associate in the Capital Markets department at Gide Loyrette Nouel (1998-2001).
Laurent Beauvoit is a graduate of the University of Tours (DESS in International Trade Law) and of the University of Exeter (UK - LLM in International Trade Law).
Irina Serban
PARTNER
With solid experience in top-tier law firms, Irina Serban joined Lexelians Avocats in December 2015 and created the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity department, for which she is responsible. In September 2020, Irina Serban set up the firm's Nice office.
She specializes in private equity, capital venture and M&A for French and international companies.
She has developed a recognized practice in :
- acquisitions, disposals and restructurings (LBOs, MBOs, mergers, partial asset contributions, etc.);
- raising funds from family offices, financial and industrial investors, at all stages of company development (seed/seed, Series A, B, C, etc.) and in all types of structures (complex instruments, convertibles, AIR warrants, preference shares, etc.);
- setting up profit-sharing and/or value-sharing schemes for employees and managers (management packages);
- setting up contractual arrangements for your business (customers/users, technological or commercial partners).
Her support continues throughout the corporate life of your company, providing you with advice tailored to your day-to-day legal issues.
Irina regularly hosts workshops, conferences, roundtables and webinars for entrepreneurs and investment funds in the start-up / scale-up ecosystem, enabling them to benefit from her extensive expertise.
She worked for Lexington Avocats and d'Alverny Avocats before joining Lexelians Avocats.
Irina is a gratuate of Master 1 in Private Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, of Master 2 in European Business Law and of a specialized Master in Law and International Management from ESCP Europe business school.
She has been a member of the Paris Bar since July 2010 and of the Nice Bar since September 2020.
Julien Guillot
PARTNER
Julien Guillot worked for 9 years in major Parisian business law firms before founding his own firm. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Paris Panthéon Assas-Sorbonne School of Law & Management, where he teaches as Director of Studies.
After a Master 1 in Labor Law at the University of Montpellier and a Master 2 in Labor Law and Practice in 2008, Julien was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009. Then, he joined the Paris Panthéon Assas-Sorbonne School of Law as Director of Studies.

Jonathan Santoro

Jonathan Santoro specializes in capital markets law, securities and corporate law, and private equity. He has assisted his clients in numerous financial operations.
Jonathan Santoro joined Lexelians Avocats when it was founded in 2012, after practicing with Laurent Beauvoit at Aklea from 2009. He graduated from the University of Lyon (Master 2 in Banking and Financial Markets Law) in 2008.
Maud Sorel
MEMBER OF THE PARIS BAR - COUNSEL
Maud joins Lexelians Avocats in January 2020. She previously worked in the Corporate / M&A departments of Taylor Wessing and De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés.
In September 2024, Maud Sorel was promoted to Counsel.
She specializes in unlisted companies, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and contract law.
In particular, Maud is involved in company purchases and sales, corporate restructurings and capital raisings, both domestic and cross-border.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in February 2014, Maud holds a Master 2 Research in Business Law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas and a Master 1 in Business Law from the University of Paris Cité (formerly Paris V - Paris Descartes).
Romain Guez

Romain Guez joined Lexelians Avocats in 2020 after several internships with business law firms. His practice focuses on capital markets, stock market and corporate law.
He is a graduate of the Université de Cergy-Pontoise (Master 2 in Corporate Law) and ESCP Europe business school (specialized Master in Law and International Management).
Juliette Pagny

Juliette Pagny has been an associate at Lexelians Avocats since 2022. After completing a Certificate of Specialized Studies (CES) in labor law at the University of Montepellier, Juliette joined the Haute Ecole des Avocats de la Cour d'Appel de Versailles (HEDAC).

With a wealth of experience gained with leading French (Alain Bensoussan-Lexing) and international (Clyde & Co and Osborne Clarke) law firms, Sarah Lenoir supports public and private sector players in their transformation projects, adopting a pragmatic and global approach to their legal, technological, economic and strategic challenges. An expert in intellectual property law, new technology law and data law, Sarah Lenoir also benefits from a strong knowledge of business through several immersive experiences as an outsourced legal director within a digital transformation consulting firm, and as a transition manager within multinationals.
A partner of Lexelians Avocats since January 2023, Sarah Lenoir works closely with the firm's teams and supports customers in securing and enhancing the value of their intangible assets, in ensuring project compliance with personal data law in particular, and in drafting and negotiating contracts or legal documentation.
Sarah Lenoir holds a Master 2 in literary and artistic property law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas, and has been a member of the Paris Bar since January 2011.
